Teen CBS is up and running!! We (9th-12th grade students and adult leaders) will begin meeting
every Tuesday evening at North Branch Presbyterian Church at 139 North Branch Rd. in Center on
September 1, 2009. The following is how the night goes:
6:30 - Dinner/fellowship (with freshly baked, smell-so-good, chocolate chip cookies)
7:00 – Opening (games, raffles, praise and worship)
7:20 - “The talk” (10 minutes about our lesson for the week)
7:35 - Break into core groups (10-15 teens and 1-2 adult facilitators) to discuss the lesson for the week
8:30 – Pick up time
We are studying the Book of Genesis this year. Come and hear the Good News!
Once again, we will have t-shirts for those of the teens who do the following:
- Do four lessons;
- Say the memory verse; and,
- Bring a friend.
I cannot wait to see you again or meet you for the first time and I know that the other leaders feel just the same.
